In our customer database we only store your name, postal address, email address and telephone number.

We do not store your credit card number. This is only used for charging your order. Once authorised by your bank the card number is permanently erased form our database.

You can request, at any time, for your information to be removed from our records.

Credit Card Security

Your order and credit card details are processed safely on a secure server (SSL). Your card number is automatically encrypted so it can not be read by humans.

We only charge your card when your order is ready for dispatch. This is normally within one working day.

We use Barclaycard (part of Barclays Bank) to charge your card. In line with their strict security requirements our website and proceedures must be regularly tested and certified to prove that we comply with industry standards. Your card number is permanently erased from our system as soon as it has been authorised by your bank. We do not store your card number on our computers.

Hacking Prevention

Every page of our website is coded to prevent hackers from accessing our customer database. The coding is tested daily by McAfee Secure. They issue us a daily certificate to confirm that we have passed their Secure Security Scan.
